Campo Grande public hearing evaluates 180‑room mixed‑use commercial complex
Residents of the Chácara Cachoeira neighbourhood and the eastern part of Campo Grande, Brazil, will be invited to comment on a new mixed‑use development that includes 180 corporate rooms and 13 retail shops.
The public hearing is scheduled for 22 September 2026 at 18:00 at the headquarters of the Agência Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Planejamento Urbano (Planurb), with a live broadcast on Planurb’s YouTube channel. The meeting will review the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV) prepared by DL Gestão Patrimonial Ltda. The project will be built on Rua Dr. Zerbini, between Rua Coronel Cacildo Arantes and Rua Marcino dos Santos, an area of rapid service‑sector expansion. Attendees can assess social and structural impacts and propose suggestions on traffic, parking, safety and surrounding infrastructure.
