Campo Grande signs cooperation agreements for Bioceanic Route

The city of Campo Grande has formalized two technical cooperation agreements to prepare for the economic and logistical opportunities presented by the Bioceanic Route. These agreements were signed with the Mato Grosso do Sul State Public Services Regulatory Agency (Agems) and the Mato Grosso do Sul section of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/MS).

The partnerships aim to foster collaboration between institutions, develop technical studies, and create projects that position the capital to benefit from the international corridor. This route connects Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, and Chile, providing access to Pacific Ocean ports.

Mayor Adriane Lopes emphasized that coordinating between the public sector, representative entities, and the productive sector is essential for international integration. The initiative is intended to drive economic development, job creation, and increased opportunities for the local population.
