Campobasso FC unveils new third kit in underground caves

Campobasso FC has unveiled its third kit for the 2026/2027 season, featuring a black design with gold details. The club chose to host the official presentation and photo shoot within the underground caves of Largo San Leonardo to connect its brand with the historical and cultural heritage of the city.

The underground network, which includes rock-carved environments and centuries-old architecture, has served various roles throughout history, including military defense reorganizations following the 1456 earthquake and as air-raid shelters during World War II. Teo Minichetti, the owner of the caves, hosted the event and emphasized the need for institutional investment to further promote the site as a destination for cultural tourism.
