Campos dos Goytacazes ratifies public education exam

The government of Campos dos Goytacazes has officially ratified the results of its public civil service exam for the education sector. Signed by Mayor Frederico Paes, the ratification document marks the conclusion of the selection process and paves the way for the appointment and inauguration of new municipal employees.

The recruitment drive aims to bring 1,000 professionals into the municipal education network, consisting of 920 teachers and 80 pedagogues. This initiative is the fourth public exam conducted by the city administration since 2021 and serves to fulfill a Management Adjustment Term (TAG) established with the Rio de Janeiro State Court of Accounts (TCE-RJ).

The examination process, organized by Instituto Consulplan, saw over 20,000 applicants. Local officials, including the Secretary of Education, Science, and Technology, Tânia Alberto, and the Secretary of People Management and Digital Governance, Wainer Teixeira, noted that the process was conducted with transparency and adherence to the official schedule.
