Campos offers free judo classes through municipal project

The City of Campos, through the Municipal Sports Foundation (FME) and the Esporte Vida Project, is offering free judo classes to the public. Registration is currently open for the program.

The initiative aims to encourage physical activity, socialization, and the transmission of martial arts values to promote healthier lifestyles. The program currently serves approximately 100 students. Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays during two shifts: from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM and from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

Instruction is provided by masters José Carlos and Júlio Diego Santos. Instructors noted that the practice has contributed to positive behavioral changes and increased discipline among participants.
