CAMRA announces 16 regional finalists for 2026 Pub of the Year
CAMRA has announced the 16 regional finalists for its 2026 Pub of the Year competition. These winners will advance to the ‘super-regional’ stage, with a ‘final four’ expected in October and the national winner revealed in January 2027.
Alongside the competition announcement, CAMRA is calling for government intervention ahead of the upcoming UK Budget. The organization is urging the government to ease the financial burden on the sector by reforming VAT and draught beer duty, addressing high energy bills, and implementing a fairer business rates system to help pubs compete with supermarket alcohol prices.
