Can Tho City Police announce rank promotions and new appointments

The Can Tho City Police Department recently held ceremonies to announce several personnel decisions regarding rank promotions and new appointments.

In one ceremony, the Ministry of Public Security's decisions were announced to promote eight department heads from Senior Colonel to Colonel. Major General Huynh Viet Hoa, Director of the Can Tho City Police, presented the decisions, noting that the promotions recognize the contributions and dedication of these officers to the force.

In a separate event, the department announced the selection and rank assignment of eight teachers to be integrated into the People's Public Security Culture School III. Major General Huynh Viet Hoa instructed the new staff to balance their roles as both educators and public security officers, emphasizing the need for professional competence and moral integrity within the new environment.
