Turkish actor Can Yaman has clarified a misunderstanding following an interview on the Rai 1 program ‘La Volta Buona’. During the broadcast, host Caterina Balivo and studio guests suggested that Yaman is ‘clumsy with women’, a description that led to various comments regarding his physical appearance and personal life.

Yaman responded directly to correct the error, explaining that the description of being socially awkward or clumsy with women refers to his character in the new comedy series ‘Bro’ on Prime Video, rather than his own personality. He noted that the role is a departure from his usual parts and is intended to be a comedic portrayal of a nerd attempting to win back his wife.

In addition to the character confusion, Yaman expressed dissatisfaction with studio comments regarding his personal relationships and character depth. He pushed back against suggestions that he lacks the substance required for long-term relationships, stating, ‘I would say quite the opposite.’
