Canacintra Tijuana hosts business networking and women's leadership events
Canacintra Tijuana organized the third edition of its Industrial Talks & Networking series on 27 July 2026, bringing together specialists to share tools and information for improving company competitiveness. The meeting was led by Canacintra Tijuana president Alonso Ibarra Arellano and featured guests such as Octavio de la Torre de Stéffano, president of Concanaco Servytur, and María Teresa Arisméndez Murillo of Prodecon.
The organization is also launching a free Strategic Forum for Female Business Leadership called “Mujer al Frente” on 5 August 2026 at the Hotel Real Inn. The day‑long event, capped at 500 participants, will include keynote speeches, technical workshops and corporate‑development labs coordinated by Deloitte. Alejandra Ríos, known from Shark Tank México, will deliver the main presentation, while Marina Guerrero, head of the Women and Procurement Commission of Canacintra Tijuana, said the forum will become a permanent platform to support female entrepreneurs and strengthen the region’s economic competitiveness.
