Canadian Armed Forces racism settlement rejects Jewish members' claims
More than two dozen Jewish members of the Canadian Armed Forces have been informed that they do not meet the racial identity criteria required to participate in a $150-million racial discrimination settlement.
According to reports, these members were excluded from the settlement despite their claims of discrimination within the military. At least one Jewish member is reportedly pursuing independent legal action following this decision.
