Canadian Hockey League expands roster for USA Prospects Challenge

The Canadian Hockey League (CHL) has announced nine additional players for its 2026 CHL USA Prospects Challenge roster. The new additions include goaltender Vilmer Salén Forsberg, defenders Brock Cripps, Levi Harper, Malik L’Italien, and Cooper McAslan, along with forwards Ryerson Edgar, Aleks Kulemin, Kayden Stroeder, and Jaakko Wycisk.

These players join previously named forwards Brock England, Dima Zhilkin, Alexis Joseph, and Carter Meyer, bringing the total roster to 13 players. All 13 selected athletes hold an “A” rating on the NHL Central Scouting preliminary watch list for the 2027 NHL draft. The remaining roster members are expected to be announced in early November prior to the two-game series against the U.S. National Team Development Program.
