Canadian mining firms Li‑FT Power and Snowline Gold raise C$170 million in bought‑deal offerings
Li‑FT Power Ltd. (TSXV: LIFT) announced a bought‑deal public offering of 6.9 million common shares at C$2.90 each, targeting gross proceeds of C$20.01 million. Canaccord Genuity Corp. will act as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, with an over‑allotment option for up to 15 % of the shares. The company said the net proceeds will fund the first‑year care and maintenance costs of the Renard option period and provide working capital. The offering is expected to close around August 12, 2026 and will be made publicly in all Canadian provinces and territories except Québec via a prospectus supplement filed on SEDAR+.
Snowline Gold Corp. (TSX: SGD) disclosed a bought‑deal financing of 10.35 million common shares at C$14.50 each, for gross proceeds of approximately C$150 million. The syndicate is led by BMO Capital Markets and includes an over‑allotment option of up to 15 % of the offering. Proceeds will be used to advance Snowline’s projects in the Yukon Territory and for general working capital. The deal is also slated to close around August 12, 2026 and will be offered publicly in Canada (excluding Québec) under a prospectus supplement accessible via SEDAR+.
