Canadian University Dubai Hosts 375 UAE Students at Future Makers Summer Camp
Canadian University Dubai (CUD) concluded its Future Makers Summer Camp 2026, welcoming 375 high‑school students from across the United Arab Emirates for a three‑day, hands‑on program at the City Walk campus. Participants explored emerging fields such as engineering, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business, entrepreneurship, architecture, design, psychology, sustainability, public health, communication and media through interactive workshops and collaborative challenges.
The camp featured industry leaders including entrepreneurs Ceaser Medel and Corey Lanzing of the CUD Incubator, as well as international startup mentor Marcin Lapa. Ahmed El Mahdy, Student Recruitment Manager, highlighted the camp’s aim to give students an authentic university experience and inspire innovative thinking. CUD, ranked #1 in the QS World University Rankings for Dubai for 2027, emphasized its commitment to experiential learning and future‑focused education.
