Canal+ extends promotional offer and prepares potential free sports service

Canal+ has extended its ‘100% CANAL+’ promotional offer, which provides access to all channels, including sports, cinema, and original series, at a rate of €19.99 per month. While originally scheduled to end on September 30, the offer is now available until October 5, 2026. This specific plan is more cost-effective over a two-year period compared to the standard Canal+ formula, saving subscribers approximately €60.

Additionally, reports suggest that Canal+ may announce a new free sports offering during a press conference in October. This potential move aligns with the group’s recent strategy to open its application to non-subscribers by providing access to sports highlights and select program episodes. The expansion includes the addition of Red Bull TV and After Foot TV to its lineup. There is also speculation regarding the possible relaunch of the former SPORT+ channel in a new format.
