Canale 5 adds new Turkish soaps to weekend schedule

Mediaset’s Canale 5 will expand its daytime lineup with the Turkish drama Be My Sunshine, which premieres on 4 July. The series will air on Saturdays from 14:15 to 16:45 and on Sundays from 14:30 to 16:45, taking over the weekend slot previously held by Forbidden Fruit.

In the week of 29–30 June, the channel will also broadcast new episodes of the Turkish series Far Away and Tutto per la mia famiglia. Far Away features a tense wedding between Alya and Cihan that erupts into conflict, while Tutto per la mia famiglia shows Melissa’s birthday revealing a secret about Akif and Suzan and includes a violent attack on Kadir after a clash with Mehmet. Both dramas continue to drive dramatic storylines for Canale 5’s afternoon audience.
