Canale 5 keeps ‘La Ruota Della Fortuna’ on air through summer 2026

Mediaset’s flagship game‑show ‘La Ruota Della Fortuna’, hosted by Gerry Scotti with Samira Lu, will continue to air on Canale 5 throughout July and August 2026 without a summer break. The decision follows rumours that the programme might be replaced by Max Giusti’s “The Wall”, but the network confirmed the schedule will stay unchanged.

Ratings remain strong, with an average audience of 3.83 million viewers (21.42 % share) and a peak of 4.06 million on Saturdays (26.32 % share). The show will fill the summer slot while other Mediaset programmes such as “Affari Tuoi” pause and Rai’s “L’Eredità” returns in a summer format hosted by Marco Liorni.
