Canara Bank announces 3,500 graduate apprentice vacancies

Canara Bank has announced the recruitment of 3,500 Graduate Apprentices for the 2026-27 fiscal year under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The training program is designed to provide one year of hands-on experience at various bank branches across India.

Eligible candidates must hold a degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university, having graduated between January 1, 2023, and September 1, 2026. Applicants must be between 20 and 28 years of age. The recruitment process requires candidates to first register on the NATS apprenticeship portal before applying through the official Canara Bank website.

The online application window opens on October 1, 2026, and closes on October 17, 2026. Vacancies are distributed across various states and union territories, with specific category allocations for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and UR candidates. Applicants may select training seats in only one state and must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of that region.
