Canarian Hospitality targets €100 million revenue by 2028

Canarian Hospitality has launched a strategic plan for 2026–2028 aimed at doubling its hotel portfolio and significantly increasing revenue. The company targets exceeding €100 million in revenue by 2028, up from €48 million at the close of the previous fiscal year. The expansion plan includes growing from nine to 15 hotels and reaching approximately 2,400 rooms.

As part of this growth, the company intends to triple its EBITDA to between €4.5 million and €6 million through economies of scale and operational efficiency. While maintaining a strong presence in the Canary Islands, the group plans to expand into mainland Spain (Costa del Sol), Portugal (Algarve), and Madeira.

Founded in 2021, Canarian Hospitality is 75% owned by the construction group Acosta Matos. The company utilizes its own brands, Mynd Hotels and Sholeo Lodges, and maintains an alliance with Radisson Hotel Group to operate various Radisson-branded properties. Their strategy focuses on repositioning and renovating existing assets rather than high-cost acquisitions.
