Canarias Manga Festival begins in Puerto del Rosario

The Canarias Manga Festival has launched in Puerto del Rosario, Fuerteventura, running from October 23 to 25. Held at the Plaza de la Paz, the event focuses on Asian culture, animation, manga, video games, and K-pop.

The festival features a diverse lineup of guests, including actors, voice artists such as Luis Posada, Claudio Serrano, and Laura Pastor, and animators like Carlos Biern and Elena Velasco. Content creators and influencers including Guinxu, Mikecrack, and Invictor are also scheduled to participate.

Local officials, including the Mayor of Puerto del Rosario, David de Vera, and the Counselor of New Technologies, Carmen Alonso, emphasized the event's role in providing cultural expression and meeting the demands of the local youth sector.
