Canary Islands weather forecast predicts slight temperature drop

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has issued weather forecasts for the Canary Islands, predicting a slight decrease in temperatures for Tuesday. Despite this trend, several areas of the archipelago are expected to reach 30 degrees Celsius.

In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, maximum temperatures are projected to reach 30 degrees, while Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is expected to see highs of 27 degrees. Minimum temperatures are forecasted at 24 degrees and 23 degrees for the respective capitals.

Wind conditions are expected to be light to moderate from the northeast, though local strong gusts may occur along the coast. In Lanzarote and Fuerteventura, skies will be mostly clear or slightly cloudy, with temperatures remaining stable or seeing a slight decrease in maximums. Some southern areas of Lanzarote may still reach 30 degrees Celsius.
