Cancer support initiatives launched in Mexico and Spain

In Zacatecas, Mexico, the state government and Fundación ALMA have partnered to provide breast reconstruction surgeries for approximately ten women who have survived breast cancer. This initiative, supported by the State System for Integral Family Development (SEDIF), aims to provide comprehensive care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being following oncological treatment.

In Ceuta, Spain, the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) has signed a collaboration agreement with the IVIC sports center. The partnership focuses on promoting oncological physical exercise, offering supervised and adapted activity programs designed to improve the quality of life, reduce treatment-related fatigue, and enhance functional recovery for cancer patients.
