Cancún authorities conduct searches in Cuna Maya neighborhood

Authorities in Cancún conducted search warrant operations at two residences in the Cuna Maya neighborhood as part of a homicide investigation. The raids, led by investigators from the Quintana Roo State Attorney General's Office (FGEQROO), took place in Supermanzana 204 on Avenida Centenario and Supermanzana 203 on Tehuacán Street.

While the specific homicide being investigated has not been officially disclosed, unofficial reports indicate that various pieces of evidence were located and seized during the inspections. The seized items will be analyzed and incorporated into the ongoing case file. Following the search, the properties remained occupied, as authorities did not place the homes under formal seizure.
