Candela Peña responds to Carmen Lomana's menopause criticisms

Actress Candela Peña has addressed recent criticisms made by businesswoman Carmen Lomana regarding Peña’s public discussions about menopause. During her appearance on the television program ‘La Revuelta’ at the Teatro Albéniz, Peña responded to the controversy without engaging in a direct confrontation.

The dispute began during Lomana’s previous interview on the show, where she questioned Peña’s frequent focus on the difficulties of menopause, suggesting that her commentary might be “scaring people” since not everyone experiences it as severely. Lomana also reportedly sent direct criticisms to Peña via social media.

In response, Peña emphasized the importance of women supporting one another, stating, “One should never speak ill of another woman.”
