Candela women entrepreneurs showcase local business growth

The town of Candela hosted the "Leadership femminile: le imprenditrici candelesi" event at Palazzo Ripandelli, highlighting female‑led businesses as part of the DauniaLab community‑building project. Participants included Michela Graziosi, who founded the fashion boutique "Boutique De Stasio" in 1997; Maria Ripalta Turchiarelli, founder of the graphic studio "Ripax Graphic"; and Maria Pia Favatà, who opened the "Glow Up" hair‑salon. Councilor Benito Quaglia praised the entrepreneurs for creating jobs and fostering economic development, while journalist Giuseppe Capano moderated the discussion and Sara Giampaolo attended as the delegate for Equal Opportunities. The initiative, supported by the regional "Puglia donna partecipa" measure, secured funding for the "Punti Cardinali For Work" training and employment program under the Puglia FESR‑FSE+ 2021‑2027 plan.
