Candidates sign pledge to remove COVID-19 vaccines from market
More than 170 political candidates have signed a pledge hosted by Americans for Health Freedom (AHF) to call for the removal of COVID-19 vaccines from the market. The organization states that the vaccines are “not safe and not effective” and describes them as “dangerous modified mRNA products.”
As of early October, the pledge includes 178 candidates, 169 elected officials, and 129 physicians and scientists. Signatories include several Republican figures such as Iowa gubernatorial nominee Zach Lahn, former Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene, and former Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie. The pledge also includes a Democratic candidate for a U.S. House seat in North Carolina, Laurie Buckhout.
Additionally, the initiative includes a “Physician’s Declaration” signed by an international alliance of over 17,000 medical professionals and scientists.
