Canela hosts Sabores de Canela gastronomy festival

The Sabores de Canela gastronomy and culture festival is scheduled to take place from September 2 to 7 at Praça João Corrêa in Canela, Rio Grande do Sul. Organized by the Canela Commercial and Industrial Association (ACIC), the event features a new format centered on a week of street food.

Twelve participating restaurants will offer exclusive recipes combining regional ingredients with contemporary techniques. Menu items include salmon poke with bergamot tiger's milk, serrano beef croissants, and wine-braised ribs. Savory dishes are priced at R$ 58.00, while sweets range between R$ 32.00 and R$ 38.00. The festival will operate daily from 11:00 to 22:00.
