Canik Chairman Zafer Aral commemorates August 30 Victory Day

Zafer Aral, Chairman of the Board of Canik, issued a message to commemorate August 30 Victory Day. He described the victory, achieved under the command of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, as a historic turning point that demonstrated the Turkish nation's determination to defend its homeland and its refusal to compromise on freedom.

Aral emphasized that Canik aims to honor the spirit of this victory through advancements in technology, production, and engineering. He noted that the company has evolved from a small workshop in Samsun in 1998 into a global strategic player with seven production sites and four R&D centers across three continents. He stated that their domestic defense systems, ranging from light weapons to smart defense architectures, serve as a fortress for the country's goal of full independence and contribute to the global defense capabilities of allies through exports to over 80 countries.
