Mexico: Regional political activity and social initiatives

Various regional developments are occurring across Mexico. In Tijuana, Ramón Vázquez Valadez, a licensed local deputy, is conducting community meetings in neighborhoods like Sánchez Taboada and Camino Verde to build support for his political aspirations within the Morena party ahead of the 2027 elections.

In Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, federal deputy Pepe Braña Mojica held an informative assembly to strengthen the local movement and address citizen needs. Meanwhile, the Diocese of Victoria organized prayer services to seek peace and security for the state and the country.

Social and economic initiatives are also underway. The Center for Women's Justice (CEJUM) in Tijuana launched an emotional wellness workshop for women. In Ciudad Juárez, the Municipal Advisory Council for the Elderly analyzed the social and economic challenges of an aging population. In Tlaxcala, Governor Lorena Cuéllar Cisneros highlighted the international expansion of local businesses during the Expo Hecho en Tlaxcala 2026.
