Canoas Book Fair hosts international Lusophone cultural exchange

The 41st Canoas Book Fair is currently underway at Praça da Bandeira in Canoas, Brazil, running through October 24. The event features 21 book stalls and a diverse program including author meetings, book launches, autograph sessions, workshops, and literary debates.

This year's edition coincides with the 1st Lusophone International Fair, which promotes cultural exchange between Portuguese-speaking nations. The event includes representatives from Mozambique, Angola, and Cape Verde to strengthen linguistic and cultural ties. The 41st edition is patronized by musician and writer Vitor Ramil.
