Canonical and Climb expand partnership into DACH region

Climb Channel Solutions and Canonical are expanding their existing partnership to include the DACH region, covering Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Building on their previous collaboration in the United Kingdom, the distributor will now offer Canonical’s full enterprise portfolio to partners in these markets.

The expanded offering includes Ubuntu Pro, Ubuntu Server, Canonical Kubernetes, MicroCloud, OpenStack, MAAS, and Landscape, alongside solutions for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and MLOps. The partnership also provides enterprise support, security maintenance, and lifecycle services.

Climb aims to support resellers, system houses, and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) through technical enablement, training, business development, and marketing initiatives. The collaboration focuses on addressing challenges such as cost control, vendor lock-in, and the complexity of hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Target sectors include the public sector, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, education, research, telecommunications, and SaaS providers.
