Canopy Deer Valley hotel opens in Deer Valley East Village

Canopy Deer Valley, a 180-room lifestyle hotel under Hilton’s Canopy brand, has officially opened in Park City, Utah. Developed by Extell Development Company, the property is one of the first to debut in the highly anticipated Deer Valley East Village expansion.

The hotel provides immediate access to the Jordanelle Express Gondola and features four original dining concepts: Tavolona, Fornetto, Mountain Provisions, and Alpine Attic. The design incorporates natural materials and local influences inspired by the region’s mining history and mountain landscape.

In conjunction with the resort's expansion, the local real estate market remains active. Luxury property options in the area include ski-in/ski-out homes, gated golf communities, and condos across neighborhoods such as Old Town, Deer Valley, and Promontory.
