Canosa di Puglia hosts third Strascinando culinary awards

The third edition of ‘Strascinando’ will conclude with an awards ceremony in Canosa di Puglia on Thursday, September 3. Organized by the Pro Loco of Canosa di Puglia in collaboration with the Municipal Administration and the Accademia del Grano Arso, the event aims to promote local gastronomic culture and traditional recipes.

Nine local businesses are competing for recognition based on their interpretation of ‘strascinati’ dishes. The winner will be selected by a jury evaluating respect for tradition, quality of raw materials, preparation techniques, and the ability to showcase the local territory. The ceremony will feature remarks from Mayor Vito Malcangio and local council members.
