Cansanção police arrest two men over motorcycle with altered plates

Police in Cansanção arrested two men following the discovery of a motorcycle using an adulterated license plate. The incident occurred in a rural area of Cansanção, where an 18-year-old suspect, already under investigation for theft and threats, was apprehended alongside a 21-year-old man.

Investigations revealed that the motorcycle was a ‘dublê’—a vehicle circulating with the identification of another. While the suspect was using the altered plate in Cansanção, the original vehicle was located in Camaçari, within the Metropolitan Region of Salvador.
