Cantabria updates Xtela program to boost technological innovation

The Government of Cantabria has updated its Xtela Open Innovation Program for its fourth edition. The initiative aims to connect large companies with small technological innovation-based companies (EiBT) within the region to solve specific process, product, or service needs through advanced technology.

Key updates to the program include the removal of economic limits for project contracting and the introduction of grants of up to 10,000 euros to facilitate implementation. The program is executed by SODERCAN in collaboration with CEOE-CEPYME Cantabria as part of the Cantabria Digital Agenda. The upcoming edition will allow large companies to propose technological challenges, with SODERCAN providing support in identifying and defining improvement opportunities.
