Cantiere Rossini invests €2 million in new Pesaro shipyard facility

Cantiere Rossini has commenced a new development phase at its shipyard in Pesaro with a €2 million investment. The project involves the construction of a multi-level, 38-meter-long building designed to expand services for shipyard employees and yacht refit crews.

The ground floor will house technical spaces, warehouses, and services, while the first floor is dedicated to crews, featuring an office, a 130-square-meter gym overlooking the port, a lounge area, and two panoramic terraces. The facility is designed to host maritime-related meetings and community events.

Sustainability is a central focus of the project. Approximately 65% of the structure will be built using wood from controlled sources, and the integration of solar panels aims to make the building largely energy-independent. Completion is scheduled for October 1, 2027.
