PUMA and Cantourage Group announce executive departures

PUMA Chief Commercial Officer Matthias Bäumer will step down from the Management Board on September 30, 2026, citing personal reasons. Bäumer, who has been with the company for nearly 20 years, will transition into a consultant role and continue to represent PUMA on the Supervisory Board of the football club Borussia Dortmund.

During the search for a successor, PUMA CEO Arthur Höld will temporarily oversee the sales organization and the company’s subsidiaries.

Separately, Cantourage Group SE announced that Chairman of the Management Board Philip Schetter intends to step down from his position for personal reasons prior to the end of his term. The company’s Supervisory Board has agreed to the request and is initiating a search for a successor. Schetter will remain in his role to ensure a smooth transition until a replacement is appointed.
