Canyon has launched the third generation of its Grail gravel racing bike, featuring significant structural and aerodynamic updates. The new carbon frame and fork are designed to accommodate wider tires, allowing for up to 2.25 inches (57 mm) in width. To accommodate this increased volume, the bike is now exclusively configured for 1-speed drivetrains using a single chainring.

Aerodynamic improvements were made through wind tunnel testing, and the bike features a longer wheelbase for increased stability. The stack height has been reduced by 1.5 centimeters to provide a more athletic riding position. High-end variants, including the CFR and CF SLX, feature an adjustable Pace Cockpit and new Control Drops, along with an integrated storage compartment in the downtube.

Canyon also collaborated with Cyclite to release a dedicated bikepacking bag collection. The new lineup includes six model variants across three carbon qualities. The entry-level CF 7 model is priced at 2,500 Euro and weighs 9.2 kilograms, while the top-tier CFR AXS model weighs 8 kilograms and utilizes wireless SRAM Red XPLR shifting.
