Cao Bang police detain Hoang Van Thang for legal violations

The Cao Bang Provincial Police have executed a detention order for Hoang Van Thang, born in 2007, following his failure to comply with previous legal restrictions. Thang had been under a ‘prohibition from leaving his place of residence’ measure after being prosecuted for the illegal use of military weapons and causing public disorder.

Despite signing a commitment to strictly follow legal regulations and fulfill his obligations while at liberty, Thang violated the terms of his preventive measure. Consequently, the Regional People's Procuracy issued the order for his temporary detention to serve the ongoing investigation and legal processing.
