Cao Bang police dismantle 'sex tour' prostitution ring
Cao Bang Provincial Police have launched an investigation into a prostitution ring operating under the guise of a 'sex tour' in the Nguyen Hue commune area. During a surprise inspection of the K. H. Homestay in the early hours of September 19, authorities discovered three male-female couples engaged in prostitution.
Initial investigations revealed that a broker, identified as M. P. T. (born in 2003), used social media to connect clients with women in the area. The negotiated rates for these services ranged from 10 to 15 million VND per session.
Police had previously flagged the activity after noticing a group of young women with unusual income levels and frequent travel patterns. M. P. T. has been placed under emergency arrest as the investigation continues to identify all involved parties.
