Caoling Shibi Forest Healing Season hosts inaugural bamboo forest concert

The 2026 Caoling Shibi Forest Healing Season took place from September 4 to 6 in Yunlin, Taiwan. The event featured the inaugural ‘Bamboo Forest Concert’ at the Wuyuan Liangjiao venue, where artists including Zhou Hui, Bai An, Nancy Ken, and Wu Wenfang performed amidst a 516-hectare Moso bamboo forest.

Recognized by the World Bamboo Organization as a ‘World Bamboo Landmark,’ the area offers immersive experiences such as forest breathing trips, handpan sound healing, and local culinary offerings like the ‘Healing Tipsy Table.’ The event aims to integrate natural environments with music and sustainable tourism to promote mountain village travel.

To manage crowds, the Yunlin County Government implemented shuttle services from Douliu Station and the Jiuqiong Shenmu parking area. The festival also included local markets, regional creative exhibitions, and sensory workshops to showcase the area's biodiversity and cultural resources.
