Cap d’Agde hosts Brescoudos motorcycle blessing ceremony

The Brescoudos motorcycle event held a traditional blessing ceremony at the Rambla du Soleil in Cap d’Agde on September 6. Following a mass, motorcyclists gathered near the Casino Barrière for the blessing before riding toward Sète for the final excursion of the 2026 edition.

Agde Mayor Aurélien Lopez-Liguori attended the event, praising the organizers and volunteers for managing the complex administrative requirements and safety permits necessary for the procession. The mayor also shared personal anecdotes regarding his past involvement with the event and his previous work in Sète.
