Capcom classic NES and SNES titles receive age ratings in South Korea

Nearly 30 classic Capcom titles originally released for the NES and Super Nintendo have received age ratings from South Korea’s Game Rating and Administration Committee (GRAC).

The list includes several titles that have not appeared in recent Capcom collections, such as Breath of Fire, Breath of Fire II, Mega Man Soccer, and Demon’s Crest. Because some of these games were exclusive to home consoles rather than arcades, the ratings suggest Capcom may be preparing a new compilation specifically focused on console versions of these retro classics.

The games submitted via Gamepia, Capcom’s distributor in South Korea, include various entries from the Mega Man, Final Fight, and Street Fighter series, among others. While Capcom has not officially announced a new release or platform, the GRAC documentation indicates the submission process began in early September.
