Capcom to open MIRAINO amusement facility at Aeon Mall Date

Capcom has announced the opening of ‘MIRAINO’, an experiential amusement facility, at the upcoming Aeon Mall Date in Fukushima Prefecture. Scheduled to open in the second half of 2026, MIRAINO aims to merge sports and entertainment under the concept of ‘future play’.

The facility will feature ‘VR-X’, a dedicated virtual reality zone offering titles such as ‘Onimusha VR SHADOW TEAM’ and ‘BIOHAZARD VALIANT RAID’. It will also introduce ‘Crazy BANeT with CAPCOM ALL STARS’, which includes physical activities themed after popular characters from franchises like Street Fighter and Monster Hunter. Additionally, the site will include ‘Kids BANeT’ for preschoolers and ‘DIVE! CAPCOM’, a facility featuring life-sized figures and trial stations for the latest game titles.

Aeon Mall Date is set to grand open on November 27, 2025. As one of the largest shopping malls in Fukushima Prefecture, the facility will house approximately 170 specialty stores and a massive entertainment zone of about 9,000 square meters, which includes the MIRAINO amusement center.
