Capella Dubai to join luxury Dubai Peninsula development

Capella Hotels is set to expand into the United Arab Emirates with the opening of Capella Dubai, a boutique ultra-luxury resort. The 106-room property will be located within the Dubai Peninsula, a 210-acre waterfront development currently under construction in the Jumeirah district on the former Sunrise Beach site.

Developed by H&H, the Dubai Peninsula project aims for a 2029 opening and will feature a collection of high-end hospitality brands, including Aman Dubai and Rosewood Dubai. The destination is designed to integrate residential spaces, retail, dining, a superyacht marina, and private beach experiences. While the specific opening date and final design for the Capella property have not been confirmed, it will join other major luxury developments near the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach.
