Capella Honda strengthens vocational training for Riau high schools
PT Capella Dinamik Nusantara (Capella Honda) Riau is strengthening its commitment to vocational education through periodic visits and assistance to Astra Honda Motor (AHM) sponsored vocational high schools (SMK) across the Riau province.
Operating under the ‘Sinergi Bagi Negeri’ initiative, the program aims to align vocational education quality with industrial needs. The assistance focuses on ensuring learning quality adheres to the AHM curriculum and that motorcycle technical facilities meet national standardization.
Currently, Capella Honda oversees 27 sponsored SMKs in Riau. The schools are classified into three tiers: 5 schools hold Grade A+ (Competency Test Center) status, 12 are Grade A, and 10 are Grade B. The company aims to upgrade Grade B schools to higher classifications through curriculum updates, practice room reorganization, and continuous teacher and student competency training.
