Capilla del Monte and Tlacolula Host July Artisan and Food Festivals

The town of Capilla del Monte in Argentina opened its 24th Fiesta del Tejido Artesanal, running through July 26 with workshops, live music and a daily craft fair featuring textile techniques such as Tunisian weaving, crochet, Mexican embroidery and macramé.

In Oaxaca’s Tlacolula de Matamoros, Mexico, the 8th Feria de las Carnes Asadas and the 5th Feria de las Artesanías take place in mid‑July, offering traditional grilled meats, local foods and a showcase of handmade textiles, pottery and decorative items by regional artisans.
