Capital Bra avoids villa foreclosure after debt settlement

The scheduled foreclosure of two villas owned by German rapper Capital Bra in Kleinmachnow, Brandenburg, has been canceled. The properties, which were estimated to have a combined value of approximately 2.58 million euros, were set to be auctioned this past Wednesday to settle outstanding debts.

A spokesperson for the Potsdam District Court confirmed that the auction did not take place after the creditor approved the suspension of the foreclosure proceedings. According to the rapper's manager, Drilon Cocaj, Capital Bra has fully settled his financial obligations to the creditor, identified as the Berlin-based firm Zwischen Capital GmbH & Co. KG, in the amount of approximately two million euros.

As a result, both properties remain in the musician's possession and are reportedly free of any liens. One of the houses had previously been the site of an arson attack two years ago, while the other is reportedly occupied by family members.
