Capital Markets Board approves IPOs and reporting extensions
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) has issued several regulatory decisions regarding public offerings, capital increases, and financial reporting deadlines.
In its weekly bulletin, the Board approved the initial public offerings (IPOs) for İntetra Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri AŞ and Bakırcı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ. Additionally, the Board approved bonus issue capital increases for Lider Faktoring and Bilici Yatırım. Several companies received authorization for debt instrument issuances, including QNB Bank with a 60 billion TL limit, Vestel Elektronik with 1 billion TL, and international issuances for Akbank (8 billion USD) and Anadolu Efes (1 billion USD).
Furthermore, the SPK granted extensions for 25 companies to submit their second-quarter financial reports to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). Companies receiving these extensions include Tekfen Holding, Reeder Teknoloji, Kontrolmatik Teknoloji, and Gübre Fabrikaları, among others, with deadlines varying through late 2026.
