Capital Square development introduced in Da Nang

Capital Square is a new integrated urban complex being developed in Da Nang, Vietnam. Located at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Cong Tru, and Ngo Quyen streets, the project is positioned near the Han River, My Khe Beach, and the city's administrative center.

The development is designed as an integrated urban model combining residential, commercial, and entertainment spaces. Planned amenities include a commercial street, shopping center, infinity pool, mini golf, and various sports and art spaces. Within the project, the Victory Place subdivision focuses on high-altitude views of the Han River and the city skyline.
