Capital University launches Talaqi platform for research and industry links
Capital University has officially launched the "Talaqi" platform for innovation and entrepreneurship. The platform is designed to bridge the gap between scientific research and the specific needs of industry and the labor market.
Acting as a direct link between researchers, entrepreneurs, and industrial partners, the platform allows companies to present real-world challenges and problems. Researchers can then propose actionable scientific and practical solutions, which are subsequently evaluated to facilitate technology transfer and documented partnerships.
The initiative includes 30 application tracks covering priority sectors such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, recycling, water management, renewable energy, robotics, furniture design, and the automotive sector. This move aligns with Egypt's Vision 2030 and the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goal 9 regarding industry, innovation, and infrastructure.
